Salary & Bonus Potential

Permanent Salary & Bonus potential

  • $75,000-$85,000/year
Responsibilities
  • Identify prospects in need of Randstad’s workforce services & solutions–temporary, temporary‑to‑hire and permanent roles (95% of the day)
  • Main point of contact–build strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Create partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision‑makers
  • Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of phone calls, emails, virtual and on‑site client meetings)
  • Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s potential
  • Negotiating pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
  • Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates (5% of the day)
  • Coach, handle candidate issues/concerns (payroll, terminations etc.), and retain talent
  • Offer innovative and creative employment solutions
  • Note:

    This is NOT an Account Manager role
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (highly preferred but not required)
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven business experience (sales experience is highly desired)
  • Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
  • Technical competency and the ability to connect with others
  • Track record of delivering results in a sales metrics‑driven environment
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
  • Passion for results, resilience, self‑confidence, self‑driven and the desire to do an exceptional job
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen–you like to WIN!
