Outside Sales Representative

What You'll Do:

You’ll be selling multi-year landscape maintenance contracts to existing (commercial property)
clients throughout Maryland — helping businesses keep their outdoor environments safe, beautiful, and functional year-round.

• Prospect and build relationships with decision-makers
• Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts
• Manage your full sales cycle—from discovery to close
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of face-to-face sales experience (service or facilities contracts a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and CRM-proficient (Salesforce experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
