This position is located at Pikeville, KY (41501) and Prestonburg, KY (41653).

• Competitive Compensation — targeted first‑year annual compensation of $46,000 with an average 45‑hour work week

As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You’ll receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and get out into the community to build essential relationships.

You’ll learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and always put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 2 months of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
