• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing group and individual activities.

• Communicate activities with residents, families, and health center staff.

• Assists in transportation of residents from one activity area to another.

• Assist the director with decorating for parties, holidays, and special events.

• Follow the daily activities schedule and carry-out the assigned planned activities.

• Positive, upbeat personality.

• Must be creative and have appropriate input in creating new activities for the program.

• Experience in party planning and carrying out social and recreational programs is preferred
  .
