If you’re the type to dismantle a broken pipeline yourself, re-architect a cloud environment on the fly, and then explain the strategic  Why  to a CEO, then you’re speaking our language.

Your Responsibilities

What you will wake up to solve.  You are the  Directly Responsible Individual (DRI)  for both the blueprint and the bricks. You lead a small, elite team of data solvers, owning the outcome end-to-end.
Architect & Build:  This is a  hands-on-keys  role. You will design and implement foundational data infrastructure. You’ll build it, break it, and perfect it alongside your team.
Lead the Squad:  Mentor and manage a pod of Data Engineers and Architects. You’re responsible for their growth, their code quality, and their delivery velocity.
Client Stewardship:  Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients. You navigate complex challenges across  Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, and AWS/GCP ecosystems.
Enable Cloud & AI:  Design and implement the data pipelines and structures that efficiently feed and empower Machine Learning and AI applications.
Optimize Everything:  Continuously fine-tune architectures for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. You don't just make it work; you make it elite.
