About the Role

SRV Media is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about driving measurable business growth through data-driven digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering high-quality leads, conversions, and ROI across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, You Tube, Lead Generation, and Remarketing campaigns.
Execute Meta campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.
Optimization & Analytics
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and budgets.
Analyze key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
Identify growth opportunities and scale successful campaigns.
Tracking & Reporting
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Track lead quality and campaign effectiveness across channels.
Client & Team Collaboration
Work closely with account managers, designers, content teams, and developers to execute integrated campaigns.
Participate in client meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions.
Present campaign performance, recommendations, and growth opportunities to clients.
Market Research & Innovation
Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, AI tools, and emerging advertising technologies.
Research competitors, audience behavior, and market opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.
Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets across multiple accounts.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications.

Experience with Linked In Ads, You Tube Ads, or Programmatic Advertising.
Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
