Junior Food technologist

Key Responsibilities
Research & Development
Read about the role of Antioxidants in Food Industry
Understand the chemistry, role, mechanism of action and application of the molecule Vitamin E (Natural Tocotrienol) in food
Support documentation of development processes and testing procedures
Learn and apply food science principles in practical applications
Coordinate and facilitate project completion with consultants for new product development
Working on coffee-based products

Technical Operations
Participate in laboratory testing and analysis of Vitamin-E based products
Assist in trials and working related to coffee formulations and beverage applications
Help maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
Support pilot-scale trials under supervision

Product Development
Help prepare product prototypes incorporating Vitamin E ingredients
Assist in development and standardization of coffee-based formulations
Map all the testing required to validate the efficacy of the product
Assist in data collection and analysis

Quality & Compliance
Learn and follow food safety protocols, FSSC 22000 and GMP requirements
Maintain accurate laboratory records and test data
Assist in quality control testing
Support documentation requirements for regulatory compliance
Learn and understand the regulatory requirements of FSSAI
Assist in regulatory compliances

Technical Skills
Sound knowledge of food chemistry
Basic understanding of beverage/coffee processing will be preferred
Ability to follow standard operating procedures
Basic data analysis and reporting skills
Computer literacy (MS Office, basic data analysis)

Candidate Requirements
B.tech & M.tech - Food Technologist (Mandatory)
This is a full-time, on-site job
Salary – ₹22,000 – 25,000/month
