Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Perform and review

month-end and quarter-end close activities , including preparing journal entries, accruals, allocations, and account reconciliations Maintain

property-level and entity-level general ledger activity

to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare

balance sheet and income statement variance analyses

and present findings to leadership Assist in preparing

quarterly and annual financial statements

in accordance with

U.S. GAAP and REIT standards Support

REIT compliance testing and monitoring , including income and asset testing Partner with external auditors during interim and year-end audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries Assist in

lease accounting analysis , including straight-line rent and tenant recoveries Maintain and reconcile

fixed asset activity , depreciation schedules, and capital project costs Support

acquisition, disposition, and development accounting activities

as needed Assist in

internal controls documentation and adherence Identify opportunities for

process improvement and automation

within the accounting function Collaborate cross-functionally with

asset management, FP&A, property management, and tax teams Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience , ideally in real estate, REIT, public accounting, or financial services Strong knowledge of

U.S. GAAP ; familiar it
