Responsibilities: The Institutional Services Assistant performs general cleaning of office buildings, classrooms, lecture halls, conference rooms, auditoriums, residence halls, dining areas, and other common areas as required. Duties include operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment, use of cleansers, and safe handling of chemicals. The role requires the ability to work independently, follow oral and written instructions, prioritize tasks, perform repetitive manual work, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and equipment. Ability to use cleansers and other agents safely. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Salary: $22,880.00 – $40,722.00 USD per annum.
