Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the Social Work Program.
- Teach courses in the Social Work Program.
- Administrative responsibilities including budgeting, writing reports, supervising social work faculty, chairing the curriculum committee and social work faculty meetings, chairing the program’s admission committee, chairing the accreditation process, and engaging in research, scholarly activities, and service.
- PhD/DSW in Social Work or in a related field and MSW from a CSWE-accredited program with a minimum of two years post-MSW degree practice experience in social work practice.
- ABD candidates will be considered.
- College-level teaching experience and knowledge of CSWE accreditation standards preferred.
- Candidates should have the ability to teach across the undergraduate generalist social work curriculum and develop online courses that align with the Council on Social Work Education standards.
