The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is conducting a search to fill the position of Administrative Specialist II for the School of Agriculture, Fisheries and Humans Sciences: 1890 Cooperative Extension Program Family and Consumer Sciences Department. The Administrative Specialist II will work under the supervision of the Interim Family and Consumer Sciences Program Leader and assist the Program Outreach Coordinator and acts as a receptionist: general clerical duties i.e. processing paperwork-letters, itineraries, monthly reports, format and create nutrition program forms and templates, submit documentation for staff in workday, requisitions, travel and conference registrations, memos, monitoring leave, et.;
