Rising Warriors Academy

Overview

Rising Warriors Academy is a homeschool-based microschool in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, serving 7th through 9th grade students. The academy operates under the umbrella of Ambassadors for Christ Youth Ministries, a nonprofit organization committed to education, youth development, and community impact.

• Provide academic support to students in core classes (Math, English, Science, and Social Studies).
• Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and tutoring small groups or individual students.
• Encourage positive study habits and build student confidence in learning.
• Model professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills.

• College students pursuing education or related fields.
• Retired teachers with experience in middle or high school instruction.
• Professionals or graduates with strong backgrounds in core subjects.
• Individuals exploring a career in teaching, tutoring, or youth development.

• Strong academic background in Math, English, Science, or Social Studies.
• Clear and patient communicator.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Comfortable working with youth in grades 7–9.
• Able to motivate and encourage students.
• Flexible and willing to assist with various classroom needs.

• Must be able to commit consistent weekly hours during the internship term.
• All interns must successfully complete a background check through Checkr prior to placement.

• Internship terms available:
  Spring, Summer, Fall.
• Academic credit available if approved by your school.
• Training and supervision provided.
• This is an unpaid internship with valuable hands-on experience in education and youth mentoring.
