Responsibilities- Coordinating office and academic activities under the direction of the Chair of Mathematics and Computer Science Department.
- Provides daily administrative support including correspondence, phones, scanning, filing, and ordering.
- Assists with arrangements for upcoming meetings and preparation of documents or materials.
- Prepares and submits travel forms, expense reimbursements, time/leave reports and online requisitions for invoice payments.
- Maintains detailed and accurate records.
- Communicates professionally and confidentially.
- Coordinates events such as meetings, luncheons and special projects.
The minimum requirement is a high school diploma, along with one year of specialized training in secretarial work and one year of clerical experience. An associate degree from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent…
