Through personalized in-home and community-based ABA services, we help children build essential communication, social, and daily living skills that support long-term independence and success.

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social interaction, and daily living skills
• Collect and document session data using our electronic platform
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent and effective care

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus)
• Prior experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Pine Bluff and the surrounding rural areas
• Must pass a background check and complete Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
