- Baccalaureate Degree, ADN, or Diploma: RN Degree.
- At least one (1) year of Registered Nurse experience
- Active Arkansas Registered Nursing License.
- Current BLS certification.
- Good communication skills (written and oral).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and collaborative skills.
- Strong patient advocacy and patient education skills.
- Strong organizational skills and computer knowledge.
- Knowledgeable in Medical Terminology required.
- One (1) year of RN experience and at least two (2) years of LPN experience
- One (1) year of clinic or ambulatory setting experience.
- Charge nurse and/or leadership experience.
- Provide education, support, and assistance to patients with chronic conditions to prevent or manage their health and wellness.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and care providers to develop and implement individualized health plans.
- Coordinate care and follow-up for patients receiving outpatient services, including prescription refill requests and patient education.
- Maintain high-quality care standards and work independently to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Customer service, scheduling, and insurance verification (as outlined in clinic operations).
- Collecting payments, maintaining records, and supporting financial counseling for patients.
- Professional development through training, staff meetings, and skill assessments.
