Required Qualifications
  • Baccalaureate Degree, ADN, or Diploma: RN Degree.
  • At least one (1) year of Registered Nurse experience
  • Active Arkansas Registered Nursing License.
  • Current BLS certification.

  • Leadership and collaborative skills.
  • Strong patient advocacy and patient education skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and computer knowledge.
  • Knowledgeable in Medical Terminology required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) year of RN experience and at least two (2) years of LPN experience
  • One (1) year of clinic or ambulatory setting experience.
  • Charge nurse and/or leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide education, support, and assistance to patients with chronic conditions to prevent or manage their health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and care providers to develop and implement individualized health plans.
  • Coordinate care and follow-up for patients receiving outpatient services, including prescription refill requests and patient education.
  • Maintain high-quality care standards and work independently to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Customer service, scheduling, and insurance verification (as outlined in clinic operations).
  • Collecting payments, maintaining records, and supporting financial counseling for patients.
  • Professional development through training, staff meetings, and skill assessments.
