* What We Offer:

Works in patients' home in various conditions. Ability to work flexible schedule, ability to travel locally and ability to participate in holiday and weekend rotation as appropriate.

* Minimum Qualifications:

** Meet the training and certification requirements of the State. Licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with organization requirements and is in good working order.

Prolonged standing and walking required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Perform personal care tasks including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linen as often as assigned. The hospice aide will not function in any manner, viewed as the practice of nursing according to the Nurse Practice Act. Specifically, the hospice aide will not administer medications, take physician's orders or perform procedures requiring the training, knowledge and skill of a licensed nurse, such as sterile techniques.

Perform other CNA duties as assigned by management to support department goals and initiatives.
