• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
• Provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
• Supervises food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Communicates effectively with crew and the next shift manager to help them prepare for a great shift.
• Achieves targets during shifts and helps departments meet their goals.
• Monitors safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manages crew schedules and encourages high performance during the shift.
• Provides exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Trains new team members on critical job functions.

• At least one year of experience as a manager, preferably with a restaurant or service background.
• Excellent references.
