Job Duties
Maintains all automotive and mechanical equipment in good operating condition.
Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years training at an auto mechanic technical school.
- Must have ASE Certification.
- Must have a valid AR Driver’s License / CDL.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a journeyman auto mechanic at a dealership garage or equivalent.
- Completion of current auto trade extension courses on items such as: auto electronics, transmissions, air conditioning, differentials, brakes, and other related subjects.
- Experience in diesel mechanics is welcomed.
- Ability to keep service records up-to-date.
- Training and experience in oxy-acetylene and arc welding.
- Should have knowledge of safety procedures related to hazardous materials.
Able to bend, stoop, and lift. Average physical strength is required for lifting heavy objects.
Salary Information$22,880.00 - $66,436.00 USD Annual
