Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients as requested and manage appointment preferences
  • Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications / What you’ll bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
What you’ll do for the team
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply and pay decisions depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefits programs as described by local requirements.
