Provide administrative support for volunteer services and employee health by coordinating TB surveys, maintaining volunteer records, ensuring compliance, and managing confidential files. Enhance patient and volunteer experiences through creative initiatives and collaborative efforts.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the annual TB survey and manage Required Review mailings, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion.
Enhance patient experience by overseeing the distribution of birthday and greeting cards, introducing creative touches to elevate the service.
Accurately record and report information while maintaining professionalism.
Update and manage the volunteer information database to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Support volunteer personnel management, including medical record maintenance (via OHM), hour tracking, award programs, educational attendance, and compliance with Required Reviews.
Collaborate with employee health staff to verify and update volunteer vaccination records as needed.
Maintain a well‑organized, confidential filing system, ensuring timely and secure access to materials.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma required; healthcare or volunteer‑related experience preferred.
Proficiency in database management and multi‑faced office tasks.
Skills:
Advanced computer and organizational skills, strong multitasking, and customer service abilities.
Working Conditions:
Office‑based with some evenings, weekends, and potential exposure to communicable diseases.
Physical Requirements:
Campus mobility, prolonged sitting, lifting 5–10 lbs, and repetitive tasks with interruptions.
