What You Will Be Doing- Lead a crew of hourly workers on a project site and manage safety, planning, production and performance of directed construction tasks.
- Perform onsite coordination of labor activities, materials and equipment. Request materials needed for scope of work.
- Support safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and subcontractors.
- Understand daily production schedule and adjust work to meet schedule and cost parameters.
- Maintain knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
- Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with project construction tools and equipment safety.
