Join our team as a Customer Service Associate (CSA) and be the welcoming face of our facility. As a CSA, you will provide exceptional customer service to both our members and potential members, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
Your role will include giving facility tours, handling sign-ups, answering phone inquiries, and providing coverage in our Kid's Center.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
Provide friendly and efficient customer service to members and potential members, addressing their needs and inquiries. - Sign-Ups and Tours:
Assist with member sign-ups and conduct facility tours to showcase our amenities and services. - Phone Support:
Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers. - Kid's Center Coverage:
Provide coverage in our Kid's Center, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. - Administrative Duties:
Perform administrative tasks related to member registration, data entry, and maintaining accurate records. - Community Engagement:
Engage with the community to promote our facility and services, building positive relationships with members and potential members.
- Customer Service
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using computers and office software
- Attitude:
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Environment:
Primary office and facility environment. - Physical Activity:
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
