Physician Assistant – Pain Management (Scotland or Richmond County, NC)

We specialize in advanced spine and joint care using a variety of cutting‑edge treatment options and integrated care models. We’re seeking a Physician Assistant who is passionate about patient care and interested in working in Scotland or Richmond County, NC.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM;
Friday, 7:30 AM–12:00 PM

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 (based on experience)

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical exams
• Develop, document, and manage individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Educate and counsel patients on treatment options and preventive care
• Manage your own patient caseload with a strong focus on compassionate, evidence-based care

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Active North Carolina PA license (or eligibility)
• BLS certification and NPI number required
• Open to new graduates or experienced PAs
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a busy clinical schedule
