• Initiate, coordinate, and manage all investigational and evaluation activities related to professional and general liability occurrences and claim pre-litigation matters.
• Negotiate resolution with authority from the Administrative Director, Risk Management.
• Provide preventative risk management assessments of processes, procedures, and programs, including inservice education, consultation, liaison activities, and on-call emergency assistance.

• Bachelor’s Degree with a current North Carolina RN license.
• Five years of healthcare experience required.
• Background in nursing or business administration combined with appropriate hospital experience.
• Experience in loss prevention, claims, and/or safety management preferred.
