Full Time – Monday to Friday with rotating weekends

As an Occupational Therapist
, you will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, employing a variety of occupational therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

• Evaluate and treat residents on a rotating schedule in a skilled nursing environment
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team to develop and document individualized treatment plans
• Document all interventions, progress, and team communication in the electronic medical record
• Assist residents with position changes, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Provide resident education and family counseling regarding home program and self‑management strategies

• Occupational Therapy license in North Carolina
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy
