• As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at First Health of the Carolinas, you will:
• Evaluate, Develop, and Implement Treatment Plans:
  Create individualized plans for patients with orthopedic issues and those experiencing generalized weakness or balance problems.
• Provide Hands-On Therapy:
  Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Document Patient Progress:
  Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Providers:
  Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Work with a Multidisciplinary Team:
  Join a large team of experienced Physical Therapists (PTs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs).
• Educate Patients and Families:
  Provide education on conditions, rehabilitation, and the importance of ongoing self-care.
• Maintain a Safe Environment:
  Ensure a supportive and safe environment for both patients and staff.
