Responsibilities

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Directly improve patient outcomes by delivering precise radiation treatments with compassion and professionalism.
  • Ensure accuracy in patient positioning, immobilization, and treatment documentation for optimal care.
  • Work alongside specialists in a highly collaborative radiation oncology team to create tailored patient treatment plans.
  • Provide support and reassurance to patients, helping them navigate their cancer journey with confidence.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality protocols, ensuring the highest standards in radiation therapy.
Qualifications
  • AMA‑approved school graduate in radiation therapy technology.
  • ARRT certified or registry‑eligible status required.
  • Previous experience preferred, but we welcome passionate new graduate therapists/candidates eager to grow and learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach toward patients.
