CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (COTA) - PINEHURST HEALTHCARE & REHABILITATION CENTER

Liberty Health and Rehab invites you to join our dedicated team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Pinehurst, NC.

As a COTA, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehabilitation experience for patients and their families. You will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, responding promptly to patient needs, and utilizing progressive therapeutic modalities within a supportive rehab environment.

• Collaborate with other health‑care professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Individualize treatment plans based on patient goals and therapeutic progress.
• Respond to patient needs in a timely, compassionate manner.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date clinical documentation.
• Participate in in‑house therapy sessions and receive support from local management.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF where you will be working.
• Experience: Preferred prior rehabilitation or SNF experience.
• Background checks and commitment to a drug‑free workplace.
