We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our collegial team. We are a small team of professionals that work well together to provide top notch patient care. We pay competitively with benefits comparable to a much larger practice. - Prepare for the patient visit, including pulling charts and notes, as well as setting up medical equipment
- Clean instruments and equipment after use
- Answer phones and field questions about medical issues, identifying visit needs
- Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical care and procedures
- Track lab results, call in prescriptions, and handle basic medical office duties
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or Surgical Tech
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
