A CNA in the Float Pool will float to multiple nursing units to provide direct patient care while working under the supervision of a Nursing Supervisor, utilizing skills as outlined in the scope of practice by the Department of Human Services Division of Facility Services.
Qualifications- Must have 2 years of experience, or be enrolled in an LPN or RN nursing program.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Current Nursing Assistant Level I or Level II certification required.
- AHA CPR required.
