First Health of the Carolinas, Inc. seeks an experienced Sterile Processing supervisor to lead instrument room staff, oversee workflows, and ensure timely delivery of trays to the Operating Room.

You will partner with the Assistant Director on budgeting, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives, while coordinating department orientation and ongoing in-services for changes in procedures.
