Overview Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBAPinehurst, NC | Clinic Base Full-Time or Part-Time | $95k-$107K | $5K sign-on bonus for Full TimeHealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Pinehurst NC!  We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCBAs.Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA.

What We Offer:

Salary Range: $95,000 – $107,000/year (base + monthly performance bonuses)
Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $5,000 for Full-Time!

Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback

Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills

Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
