Overview
Guest Relations Coordinator is responsible for the overall safe and efficient operation of the House providing oversight of the facility and guests. Responsible for overnight guest registration and check-outs, implementing house policies/procedures. The Guest Relations Coordinator provides excellent customer service with empathy and respect. In the absence of House Steward, responsible for conference/event set-up and break-down as needed.
QualificationsHigh School graduate, with college degree preferred. Minimum 3 years combined experience in healthcare, social services or hospitality services. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This position is primarily night shift for Wednesday and Thursday nights, with flexibility to add on another shift. Strong computer, organizational, and communication (both verbal and written) skills. Ability to interact with others in a professional, courteous manner.
