Overview
Human Resources Receptionist to the Human Resources Department at Moore Regional Hospital. Serves as a resource to employees and external customers.
ResponsibilitiesAssists in the onboarding process of new employees, including I-9 verifications. Position responsibilities include filing and maintaining accuracy of active, paper, and electronic employee Human Resources files. Completes reference and wage verification for former and current employees.
QualificationsHigh school graduate with office/clerical experience required. Human Resources experience preferred. Data entry and computer experience, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word. Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and phone skills required. Busy office environment with multi-line phone system.
Position requires flexibility for covering the 8:00a-4:30p shift when necessary.
