Eaton’s IS GOLF Pride US division is currently seeking a Golf Pride Division Controller, the senior financial leadership role at Golf Pride. This role reports directly to the Golf Pride President and functionally to the Eaton Industrial Sector SVP of Finance. The position is based at Golf Pride’s Global Innovation Center (GIC) in Pinehurst, NC, and offers relocation benefits within the United States.

Golf Pride is a global leading brand in golf equipment, producing grips for club makers and consumers. It operates two factories in Taiwan and Thailand and distribution centers in the US and UK. The global team includes more than 1,100 people, with about 50 at the GIC.

The expected annual salary range is $ - $, with eligibility for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.

What You’ll Do

You will serve as the “CFO” of Golf Pride, a core member of the Golf Pride Senior Leadership Team, and handle all aspects of strategic financial planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the President on all key financial decisions and long‑term strategic planning.
  • Lead the annual profit planning process and the monthly forecasting and close cycles.
  • Deliver financially attractive returns to Eaton while supporting Golf Pride’s innovation and growth.
  • Manage financial reporting, analysis, and compliance at all sites (US GIC, UK, Taiwan, Thailand) to Eaton’s standards.
  • Maintain internal controls, Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance, and GAAP integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to understand operational metrics behind the numbers.
  • Lead cost modeling and cost accounting to provide accurate data for business decisions.
  • Oversee financial systems, procedures, and treasury, tax, audit initiatives.
  • Ensure timely close, forecasting, planning, and reporting across the division.
Team Structure
  • GIC Global Finance Team – 3 people
    • Division‑level planning, reporting, analysis, and decision‑making.
  • Plant Finance Teams – 5 people
    • Managed by Plant Managers (Taiwan and Thailand). Coach and develop teams, integrate with division planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 10+ years of finance/accounting experience
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry
  • 3+ years of P&L management
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics, or MBA from an accredited institution.
  • 15+ years of finance/accounting experience.
  • 12+ years of broad financial experience within manufacturing organizations.
  • 10+ years of experience managing people.
  • Proven managerial capability.
  • 4 years of international experience across financial disciplines (tax, transfer pricing, currency hedging, statutory reporting).
  • Working knowledge of financial and ERP systems.
  • Experience with external regulatory bodies such as FASB, SEC, IRS, IASB.
