Job Title: Wound Care Nurse (RN/LPN)

Location: Greens at Pinehurst, Pinehurst, NC

Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a dedicated and experienced Wound Care Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. The Wound Care Nurse will be responsible for assessing, treating, and managing wounds while providing high-quality patient care in accordance with best practices and facility policies.

• Assess, treat, and monitor wounds, pressure ulcers, and other skin conditions.
• Develop and implement wound care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Educate staff, patients, and families on wound prevention and care.
• Administer appropriate treatments, dressings, and interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of wound care procedures and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and infection control guidelines.

• Active and Unencumbered RN or LPN license.
• Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWON, CWOCN, or similar) preferred.
• Experience in wound care, long-term care, or acute care preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Rotating On‑Call.
