Job Description
Travel Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity with Horizon Health’s Adventure RN program offers flexible travel assignments across behavioral health facilities. Assignments are short-term, 13 week periods performed full-time, 36 hours per week on night shift with enhanced hourly rate and tax‑exempt stipend where applicable.

Job Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions
- Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure the best possible care for the patients
- Current North Carolina RN license or compact/multi‑state license
- At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health or related area
- Current CPR or BLS certification
