Base pay will be determined by the applicant's skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. To support associates' naturalization journey, Brookdale offers to advance fees for Form N-400 application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates employed for at least one year.

- Our Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) works with community management to provide personalized care and resident updates at shift start and end.
- Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures per community policy.
- Assist with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
- Successful completion of a State CNA/STNA course is required and certification must be maintained.
