The CNA in the Float Pool will be floating to multiple nursing units to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Nursing Supervisor. The role requires utilizing skills as outlined in the scope of practice by the Department of Human Services Division of Facility Services. The position requires a High School diploma or GED, current Nursing Assistant Level I or Level II certification, and AHA CPR certification.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care across various nursing units as assigned.
- Work under the supervision of a Nursing Supervisor.
- Utilize skills as outlined in the scope of practice by the Department of Human Services Division of Facility Services.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, or enrollment in an LPN or RN nursing program.
