Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with a wide range of age groups, ethnic, educational, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Display effective organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize with accuracy and speed. Collaborate and negotiate.
- Manage multiple priorities and stressful situations. Act as a resource to provide optimal patient care.
- Maintain clinical and professional competency levels appropriate to the services provided and the needs of different age groups served. Be self-motivated and directed.
- Current North Carolina RN license or RN multi-state licensure privilege through the Nurse Licensure Compact. BSN required. Minimum of five years nursing experience required.
- At least one year supervision or management experience required.
