Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing assistant curriculum aligned with the North Carolina Board of Nursing standards.
• Plan, teach, and assess face-to-face theory, lab, and clinical courses.
• Manage credentialing requirements to meet organizational needs.
• Supervise students in classroom, clinical, and lab settings.

Education & Experience

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of current acute care clinical nursing experience.
• Teaching or education experience required.

Licensure & Certification

• Current North Carolina RN license or multi-state licensure through the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• BCLS certification required.
