Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing assistant curriculum aligned with the North Carolina Board of Nursing standards.
- Plan, teach, and assess face-to-face theory, lab, and clinical courses.
- Manage credentialing requirements to meet organizational needs.
- Supervise students in classroom, clinical, and lab settings.
Education & Experience
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of current acute care clinical nursing experience.
- Teaching or education experience required.
Licensure & Certification
- Current North Carolina RN license or multi-state licensure through the Nurse Licensure Compact.
- BCLS certification required.
