As a Registered Nurse in our home care team, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and enhance their overall quality of life. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with mobility and hygiene needs, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate is reliable, empathetic, and committed to advocating for their patients.

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene needs
• Support mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Administer medications and monitor food intake
• Record and monitor vital signs
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
• BSN or ADN degree in Nursing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate, respectful, and ethical approach to patient care
