We are seeking a Warehouse & Fulfillment team member to help manage the day-to-day flow of inventory and equipment at our Texas facility. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on inventory organization, receiving, shipping, and fulfillment
, with additional office and customer support responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with inventory systems, and takes pride in keeping a warehouse clean, accurate, and efficient.

• Receive, organize, stock, and maintain inventory and equipment
• Process inventory transactions in our ERP system and perform regular cycle counts
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments, including parcel and freight
• Coordinate incoming deliveries and verify items against purchase orders
• Perform light assembly and manufacturing support as needed
• Answer phones and assist with basic customer service
• Assist our nationwide team with sales and operational support
• Help maintain warehouse equipment, vehicles, and the facility

• High school diploma/GED required
• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or similar experience preferred
• Comfortable using inventory or ERP software
• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with good problem‑solving skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Comfortable with hands‑on warehouse work
