- Prospecting for and visiting potential clients daily
- Establishing and developing relationships with property managers and other property personnel
- Set up booths and attend trade show events
- Participate in multiple industry associations and volunteer for board opportunities
- Deliver compelling calls and meetings to introduce company capabilities and value propositions
- Maintain an effective business development program, securing new work on a routine basis
- Setting up outreach networking events to invite potential new clients (i.e “Lunch and Learns”, trade association events, etc..)
- Reporting activity in R&D’s CRM portal daily
- Collaborate with our marketing team and provide feedback on marketing initiatives
- You must be able to walk into a room and have no hesitation to introduce yourself to new colleagues and clients
- Problem solving ability - getting to the root cause and identifying the solutions for our clients
- Instrumental - ability to come across to others as highly competent and professional

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or greater
- 3 years minimum of business development experience and/or B2B selling experience
- Proven B2B sales track record
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
- Demonstrated history of business development relationships
- Seniority level
