LHRC Home Manager; Pineville

LA Health and Rehab Center is looking for a Home Manager for our Pineville location!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position requires the demonstrated ability to provide direction and support to paraprofessional staff in the supervision of recipients, implementation of recipient treatment plans, utilization of community service systems, and training and continued evaluation of staff and program. Work is performed with considerable independence of action under the general supervision of the Clinical Director and Executive Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all pre-screening, admission documentation, and on-site residential services.
• Gathers, compiles, and reports information to the Clinical Director that is necessary for the initiation of periodic review of programs and individual treatment plans.
• Provide information and/or prepare reports on program operations to funding agencies, the board, and other appropriate persons upon request.
• Assist the Clinical Director in the administration and supervision of recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation of staff and volunteers.
• Assist in the delegation of appropriate duties and responsibilities to Direct Care Staff
• Monitor facility physical structures to ensure the recipient's safety and ensure appropriate supervision is provided
• Serves as an advocate for the individual served by the agency and protects the integrity of the program.

WORK SHIFT

8am to 8pm/(7 Days On/7 Days Off)
