To oversee all Heart of Louisiana branch locations. The position combines achieving strategic goals, operational management and team development to ensure consistent performance and adherence to organizational standards across all branches.
Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesSupervise Branch Managers and support their development through coaching, training and performance evaluations.
Operational oversight of branches.
Ensures the highest standards of member service.
Excellent working relationship with other departments.
Provides strategic recommendations.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Performance MeasurementsExperience:
Extensive experience as Branch Manager required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred.

Skills:

Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
