Role

To oversee all Heart of Louisiana branch locations. The position combines achieving strategic goals, operational management and team development to ensure consistent performance and adherence to organizational standards across all branches.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Supervise Branch Managers and support their development through coaching, training and performance evaluations.

Operational oversight of branches.

Ensures the highest standards of member service.

Excellent working relationship with other departments.

Provides strategic recommendations.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Performance Measurements
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and member focus.
  • Oversee branch activities, ensuring all branches follow policies, procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Reviews and analyzes branch operational efficiency and implement improvements.
  • Schedules and conducts meetings to share information, set and revise goals, and increase morale.
  • Oversee risk management, auditing and safety standards.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of the Member Experience across all branches.
  • Resolve escalated member issues and strengthen community and client relationships.
  • Collaborates with department leaders and branch managers to foster strong working relationships and achieve greater success on strategic projects.
  • Maintains knowledge of competition, best practices, and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
  • Knowledge and Skills

    Experience:

    Extensive experience as Branch Manager required.

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred.

    Interpersonal

    Skills:

    Motivating or influencing others is a material part of the job. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others. The role requires a significant level of trust or diplomacy.
