IPEX, part of Aliaxis, is seeking a Mold Tooling Supervisor for Plant 2 in Pineville, NC. You will supervise Mold Technicians and Mold Makers to maintain molds per specifications and schedule, while minimizing downtime and maintaining tooling costs.
The role reports to the Mold Tooling Manager and emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in plastic molding, hands-on tooling experience, and familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements.
