Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression. Duties include gathering carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to move carts to the store, and maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. A positive attitude in all weather conditions is required.
