• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and sell Allstate insurance policies, including auto, home, and life.
• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

• Active Louisiana Property & Casualty License is a plus.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
