The Parts Driver is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction through timely pickup and delivery of parts while serving as a representative of Bruckner’s core values.

• Pick up and deliver merchandise to/from customers and vendors within an assigned territory.
• Assist shipping and receiving by checking and stocking parts and participating in inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle and conduct daily vehicle inspections.
• Represent Bruckner Truck & Equipment with a professional and dependable image.
• Enhance customer experience by sharing feedback with the Outside Parts Salesperson and the Parts Manager.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record in compliance with all safety protocols.
• Live out Bruckner’s Core Values in all interactions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of delivery area.
• Experience in delivery or retail sales preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and accept new challenges.
• Positive, energetic demeanor with urgency for pickups and deliveries.
• Desire to grow within the company.

• Endurance to drive, stop, and go for much of the day and repeatedly get in/out of the vehicle.
• Pass a physical and drug/alcohol screen during pre‑employment and ongoing screenings.
• Lift up to 50 lbs to the waist and 25 lbs to the shoulder.
